2009 Rates

We begin taking reservations January 1st.  If you call between Jan 1st and May 1st, to make reservations for high season (June 19 - September 7), there is a six night minimum.  After May 1 we take any length stay for any time (Two night minimum on all weekends, three night minimum on holiday weekends)  If You Are Reserving Less Than 5 Nights, Friday And Saturday Nights Have a Surcharge Of $10 - $20 Depending on Time Of Year.

IN SEASON RATES apply:   June 19 through September 7,     Memorial & Columbus Day Weekends.

All rates are quoted per night for a maximum of two occupants.  Room 18 can accommodate up to 4 people.  There will be $20/night charged for each person beyond the first two.  Rates are subject to change.

Policies

• Deposits (equal to half of the amount due) are due within 15 days of making the reservation.  VISA, Master Card and personal checks accepted.

• Balance Due upon arrival.  VISA, Master Card and Cash accepted.  Personal checks are not accepted for balances due at check-in.

• All Rooms and Interior Spaces Are Non-Smoking. 

• No Candles Or Open Flames Of any kind are permitted inside the inn.

• Cancellation Policy  There is a $35 cancellation fee.  Deposits will be refunded if we are notified 30 days prior to your arrival date (In Season), 14 days prior to your arrival date (Off Season), or if the room can be rented for the entire reservation period.  There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or no shows.

• Minimum Stay  We begin taking reservations January 1st.  If you call between Jan 1st and May 1st, to make reservations for high season (Late June - Labor day), there is a six night minimum.  After May 1st we accept any length stay. There is a two night minimum for weekend reservations at all times.  Memorial Day, Fourth Of July, Labor Day, and Columbus Day weekends have a three night minimum.

• Two Village Square's Amenities are for registered Two Village Square guest's use.  With advance notification, anyone staying at Two Village Square is  welcome to have a day guest.

• Pets Please call for information.

• No Cell Phones at the pool deck.
